Nina & Oliver’s summer engagement session was genuinely so much fun to shoot. As a Boston engagement photographer, I always have the best time exploring new places with my couples, celebrating such a special time in their lives. Nina & Oliver have been together for 11 years, and being around them I have no doubt in my mind that they are soulmates. Just from the way they hold each other, laugh with each other, and look at each other, you can tell that they are so incredibly in love.
Nina & Oliver’s Backstory
Nina is originally from MA, and Oliver is from Oregon. They met when they were both attending design school in Rhode Island; and that was back in 2010! After almost 7 years living in San Francisco they moved back east to Brooklyn in 2019, where they both now work as designers. I absolutely love how they’re still doing the exact same thing they wanted to do when they first met over a decade ago.
Nina & Oliver have truly grown together, individually and as a couple. I’m so excited to see where life takes these two next.
Clients that feel like friends
After their engagement session, we ended up going to dinner and chatting about all sorts of things. I love when my couples feel like friends before clients, it reminds me how much I love doing what I do. And it makes it that much better when I get to be a part of their big day as well! I truly can’t wait to shoot Nina & Oliver’s wedding, and to document the next chapter in their love story.
