Carol & Alex’s engagement session was entirely one-of-a-kind. It’s so important for an engagement session to fully represent who you are together because when it does, it’s pure magic. For these two, who are having a camp wedding in upstate NY next year, AutoCamp Cape Cod was the perfect spot for their engagement session. There were so many special moments of them truly just being themselves, hanging out and playing music.
A Bit about Carol & Alex
I am completely in love with the backstory between these two, it feels like something straight out of a rom-com. C & A met about five years ago in Denver. Carol was new to the city and was hoping to find some new friends to play music with, so she went out on a whim and created a Craigslist ad. As you might guess, Alex replied! After each of them made sure the other wasn’t a murderer (naturally), they became friends and started gigging around the front range together. Eventually, their friendship blossomed into something more, and the rest is history!
C & A were so easygoing throughout their session, and I loved how comfortable they were in front of the camera. Plus, the retro Airstream was so unique — I thought it might be dark, but AutoCamp Cape Cod did an amazing job of keeping these little campers feeling light and bright, perfect for this engagement session. This was one of my favorite engagement sessions ever, but maybe I’m biased because these two low-key serenaded me for an hour!
